Registration Form

The first step towards joining Bute House is to register your daughter by completing a Registration Form, providing a copy of her Birth Certificate, and paying a Registration fee.

Please complete the online form below and attach a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate. Payment of the £100 (non-refundable) registration fee can be made via bank transfer using the bank details provided below.

Please also ensure you have checked the registration deadlines in the Menu section as Registration Forms received out of deadline cannot be accepted.

Once we have received the Registration Form and Birth Certificate we will match it with your fee payment and send you a formal acknowledgement of receipt in due course. Please note Passports will not be accepted.

By signing this Registration Form we understand, accept and agree that registration of our child as a prospective pupil does not secure our child a place at the school but does ensure that our child will be considered for selection as a pupil at the school. Any offer of a place will be subject to the school’s terms and conditions for the provision of education services, which will bind us in the event that we accept a place. The School may process personal data about us and our child, including sensitive personal data such as medical details , for the purpose of administering its selection procedures and we consent to the process of this data for these purposes.
