Year 3 have been thinking about qualities that make a ‘Maths Person’.
“A Maths person is someone who enjoys but doesn’t have to be amazing.”
“A Maths person is someone that practises every day and tries hard.”
“A Maths person can be anyone. I think this because maths is everywhere!”
“It is someone who makes mistakes but they never give up and learn from it.”
“It is someone who is curious.”
“Maths’ people use their Ruby Power. They show resilience and never give up.”
We had fun being ‘visual thinkers’ and identified many different ways of representing numbers and patterns.
