Role Overview:
- The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for producing key promotional and reporting materials, online, digital signage and in print, alongside delivering the general day-to-day marketing activities for Bute House.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the Head, working closely with the Admissions Department and SLT, to ensure that the School’s ethos and ‘brand’ is conveyed consistently, appropriately and effectively through high quality internal and external communications.
- Promote, maintain and encourage consistency of brand message and identity. internally, across all internal communications and educational partnerships.
- Maintain the external use of the School’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency of message is achieved across all digital and offline media.
- Aid in the delivery of the marketing strategy for the School, using market research and competitor analysis to influence brand strategy and planning.
- Keep up to date with matters of compliance and best practice within the sector.
- Manage the marketing budget ensuring value for money.
