Music facilities are maintained to a high standard to support open and creative learning. The Music Studio, located on the top floor, is an airy space with lots of natural light used for classes, group work, singing and ensemble practice. The studio is where classroom percussion instruments are kept including shakers, claves, bells, tambourines, cabasas, recorders, a complete set of xylophones, glockenspiels at different pitches and a variety of ethnic drums together with larger orchestral instruments and ten electronic keyboards. Samba drums, drum kits, a full rock band PA system, studio and recording equipment are all provided and maintained for use for our many groups and ensembles.

On the ground floor, there are seven dedicated instrumental teaching rooms, with pianos, manuscript whiteboards and metronomes, providing comfortable learning spaces for focused individual instrumental tuition.
