Richard has been Principal of Queen’s College, London since 2017, and prior to this he worked in schools in Chelmsford, Cambridge and Harrogate.
Over the course of his headship he has got to know London girls’ prep schools well – and is always delighted when Year 6 families from Bute House choose Queen’s for their secondary education.
He is passionate about pastoral care, and the importance of establishing a tolerant, supportive community as a platform for academic success.
