Jo is a qualified solicitor, training and working on a post qualified basis at international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She then worked for 14 years in British Tennis, first as the legal and governance head at the Lawn Tennis Association and ultimately as the Executive Director of its charity, the Tennis Foundation. Five years ago she co-founded London Law Collective, a corporate and commercial law firm, where she holds the CEO role.
Jo is the chair of trustees of a local charity, West London Welcome, which supports refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. She spends her free time with friends, family and her two dogs, enjoying much of what London has to offer.
She is married with three children and her daughter went to Bute House.
